Hi,

My name is Olga and with the heaviest of heart, we announce the passing of my dear uncle, Boris Gelfand. Boris was one of a kind; he was our family photographer and founder of dad jokes. Boris passed unexpectedly on 11/26/23. Boris was a wonderful husband, father, grandpa, uncle, and friend who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind wife Alla, children Alex and Rachel and grandchildren Elizabeth, Aiden and Aaron.

The funeral service will be held at Mount Sinai on 11/30/23 at 10:00 am.

We are all devastated by this loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Boris the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. We are so very grateful for every donation during this difficult time.
