Hello Family and Friends,

I would like to announce that coming late spring, TRAINFIT STRENGTH & ATHLETICS PERFORMANCE CENTER will be opening.

My wife and I will be building, growing, and expanding a sports performance center for the city. A home for sports athletes, powerlifters, and CrossFitters to have the freedom to grow in their specific fields. We will become a chalk-tossing, box-jumping, power-cleaning, deadlifting, sprinting, coach-filled performance center designed to help today's trainees. For 12 years, I have been a fitness coach/trainer. In that span, I have trained countless clients, helped many athletes reach college dreams, elevated powerlifters to platform excellence, helped establish 3 fitness centers, and managed 1. Before we signed the lease, I couldn’t stop crying. 12 years of a dream is finally coming true. My wife, Chandra, is the catalyst behind all this. Without my beautiful, motivating, badass wife, we would not be here as business owners. Her constant push drove us here.

With that being said, we are asking for a little help with getting a few more pieces of equipment. Our goal is to elevate the level of talent in the CSRA. We want to open a facility that can gain the attention of coaches, recruiters, and collegiate programs as a top training performance center, which will pour back into our athletes right here at home.
