Hello! I'm Traci's god-niece. It's kind of like a regular niece, but with the added benefit of getting a cool Godmother too. :) I'm hopeful that we can help ease her stress, and in turn, promote a better recovery through financial support.

A year ago, in the fall of 2024, Traci was forced to step away from providing care to community families. Over the past year she has undergone surgery and rehab to restore her knees - something she has been battling since an initial tibia break in 1999 when building her dream daycare home.

Leading up to the 2025 school year, she was excitedly preparing to re-open Traci’s Place Family Daycare and welcome your kiddos back to her home! In those weeks, she was doing medical visits, which unfortunately resulted in malignant biopsies after a routine mammogram.

This breast cancer diagnosis will require her to close again, unable to work while she pursues treatment and more surgeries. The cost of travel and treatment has been financially devastating to someone who has dedicated her life to raising tiny humans in the Russell, MN area.
