Boost Brooklyn Baklava's Business

Hello folks, I am writing on behalf of my family and staff, which have been part of the community for over 4 decades. We are a family-owned & operated business sharing our love of fresh middle eastern pastries & sweet delicacies.

 

We offer our traditional homemade staples- Baklava, Turkish delights in many flavors, and the best homemade spinach/lamb/cheese pies you’ve ever tasted. We also have a full line of dried fruits and nuts.

 

We baked our fresh pastries on-premise using our family recipes, which we brought with us from Tripoli Lebanon. My father learned the trade from his grandfather, and we have been serving the Brooklyn Community for over 49 years-Established by our mother and father in 1972.

Today, Brooklyn Baklava stands as a 21st-century interpretation of the family tradition in the heart of Brooklyn.

 

Unfortunately, and like most businesses in the area, the Covid-19 pandemic hit us hard and has caused a tremendous number of challenges that we didn’t see coming. From shipping delays to overly inflated prices of materials, it has been extremely difficult to get the required supplies and equipment needed to keep our business running. They left us with little to no inventory and raw materials needed to make our products. The Covid-19 shut down caused an immense loss to our sales, and the inflation is making it difficult to stay afloat.
