After a long day in the ER, Boosey, our sweet, loveable, gentle big boy is under the knife for complex multiple hernia repairs and tumor removals as of 8:00 am this morning. We had no hesitation in agreeing to the necessary procedures. He is only eight years old and has many years of life ahead of him. However, we never imagined it would cost over $10,000 to save him. Those who know me well know that I have a tough time asking for help, especially this kind of help, and especially now in the stressful circumstances of the world's current state.
