For those who don't know me, I'm an author and filmmaker and I’m launching a project to donate books to schools and run creative writing workshops for students in Lagos.

In this first phase, I’m partnering with 5 schools. Each school will receive 30 books, personally signed by me, and I will also deliver an in‑person creative writing workshop for their chosen students. That’s 150 books going directly into the hands of young readers and writers, along with hands‑on guidance to help them find their own voices on the page.

Each book costs £15, and I am covering 30 books per school. Shipping the books from the UK to Lagos is a significant additional cost: each box of books weighs 10.9 kg, and shipping is £4.80 per kg. Funding raised here will go directly towards:

- Purchasing the books

- Paying for shipping the boxes of books to Lagos

My hope is that, with your support, I can not only reach these first 5 schools but also expand to many more. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps put books into classrooms, inspires creativity, and shows students that their stories matter.
