Hi Paradise team. We created this GoFundMe for our dear friend and colleague, Debbie Booker, and her husband, Erik.

On Wednesday, July 13, 2022, around 11 pm, I was heartbroken to learn that Debbie and Erik's home suffered a devastating house fire that started in the garage. Thankfully, everyone made it out safely. Unfortunately, the cause of the fire is still under investigation.

This tragedy has left Debbie and Erik devastated and overwhelmed at the immense loss of property, treasured memories and irreplaceable personal items.

There are many immediate and ongoing needs as they process this disaster, work with insurance, and work through rebuilding their home and lives.

Debbie has quickly befriended many of us in the agency as she is one of the most likable people I have ever met with one of the most contagious smiles. I know many of you feel the same way.
