EOHSPAA, Inc. Book Scholarships

The East Orange High School “Panthers” Alumni Association, Inc. (EOHSPAA, Inc.) was incorporated in 2013.  Our mission is to preserve the legacy and spirit of the former East Orange High School in East Orange, NJ by awarding scholarships to graduating college-bound seniors in the East Orange school district and through community service outreach.  The Alumni Association is a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization.  Each year since our inception, we have awarded scholarships to aspiring high school students who plan to attend a college or university.  While these students have been academically resilient, some have had to overcome personal and/or family challenges.  That’s why, our mission is so important.
In total, we have awarded 32 scholarships. To date, all scholarship funds have been provided through various fundraising events conducted throughout the  respective year.  Our main objective for organizing this Go Fund Me Campaign is to broaden our fundraising efforts.
We are looking to raise $5,000 to contribute to our scholarship fund.  It is our hope these scholarships will also inspire the students to give back to the community as our organization has been inspired to do. Thanking you in advance for your contribution
