Our daughter, Bonny has Rett Syndrome.  She is nonverbal, and we can only imagine what it must be like to be her.  She depends on us for all aspects of life, from feeding, dressing, bathing to diapering.  She is an incredible young lady, and given the chance, we are sure she will flourish.  She has overcome many obstacles, her spinal fusion, increases in seizures, and other medical ordeals.  We would love to get her a communication device called a Tobii.  Also, we have upgrades that need to be made to our van.  It is a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country, and although it already has some modifications for her, my back is not what it used to be, and I struggle lifting her wheelchair in and out of the van.  Not to mention the damage caused by the wear and tear of the wheelchair on the van.  Any donation would be so greatly appreciated and Bonny's quality of life would so greatly improve if we could get her to communicate.  Thank you for taking the time to read our post.
