Bonnie is a three year old female cat. She loves to cuddle with her humans and with her brother, Reggie. Bonnie also loves playing, purring, laying in the sun, being brushed, and eating Pate. Bonnie has been living with gum disease, and recently has been struggling to eat because of it. Bonnie could hardly touch her food, and was losing a lot of weight, so she was brought in to the vet. The vet determined that Bonnie needs to have all of her teeth removed so that she can eat comfortably again. In the meantime the vet has prescribed her narcotics and steroids to help her eat with less pain. Bonnie does not like taking these medications, and administering them to her has been a painful experience for everyone involved. We are hoping to have Bonnie's surgery ASAP so that she no longer has to take the medications and so she can eat comfortably, and get back to doing all of the kitty things that she enjoys doing. Bonnie's vet bill estimate is between 2500-3500$, this is where the money that we are fundraising for will go.
