Bonnie Reed - We Won't Leave a Team Member Behind

Jeff Horn and the Ennis Plant Family Won't Leave a Team Member Behind! Please donate to help raise funds for Bonnie Reed, Production Scheduler for Ennis, TX Plant. No amount is too little - anything and everything will help her with medical bills and living expenses.

Bonnie was diagnosed with COVID 19, Influenzas B, and Bronchitis on Jan 4.th 2022. By Feb 23rd her lung specialist said she had 57% lung capacity and permanent lung damage. Bonnie has not been able to work for months and her bills are climbing. Her church family and friends have been helping yet her medical bills, rent, and other bills continue to mount. In Bonnie's own words "I am making sure to pay my insurance to the company (Praxis) weekly. My church members have done what they do best and surround me with visits, food, and necessities. Currently I have, 82% lung capacity, on nebulizer, and 2 other steroids, migraine meds for all the steroids, on and off antibiotics, and anxiety meds. Many times I have felt isolated, broken, and lost.  I will get through this because I am stubborn like that."

Before January 4th she was a very vibrant asset to Praxis and the Ennis Plant team. Over the last 6 months she has been through many tests, doctor’s visits every 2 weeks, emergency visits due to immune levels down, and monthly lung specialists yet she still struggles to make the best of her situation. Her lung capacity is back up to 82% (still not releasable to work in a plant environment). Bonnie desperately wants to get back to work and her work family wants her back as well. Here are a few comments from the work family that misses her:

JEFF HORN - Bonnie’s presence and positive attitude are very much missed in Ennis. COVID has robbed her of that and the Ennis team too. We miss her and hope for a speedy recovery. We won’t leave a team member behind.

DAVID WELLS - Bonnie is a great asset to the company.  She has a heart bigger than anyone I know and would give the shirt off her back. She would help other departments anytime it was needed.

KATE EMERY - Bonnie is an amazing lady and employee who needs our help. Many times when push came to shove and a customer in my area needed an item rushed, Bonnie was always there to help get the customer what they needed. Bonnie has also taken great pride in being part of the ABG family.

TODD KEESEE - When I started working for ABG a little over 2 years ago I had the opportunity to meet Bonnie my first month on the job. Bonnie was always there to help me and our customers. I could always count on her help, and now that she needs our help, I believe we all have the power to make a difference.

JOHN KLOTZ - Bonnie exemplifies what it means to be a part of the ABG team. The pride she takes in her job is contagious. With Bonnie the answer is never “no”, she always comes with an attitude of compromise and teamwork. She is valued by the customers and reps that she has worked with for years because of her genuine approach to those relationships.

ROB JONES - Bonnie is a true team player and she isn't scared to roll up her sleeves and tackle any challenge we throw at her.

MILLIE SCOTT - Bonnie is passionate about ABG/Praxis, her co-workers, and her customers. She is a friend to everyone and she is always willing to step up to help in any way she can. I hope her ABG family can step up and help her in her time of need. Please donate and please also pray for her health to improve so she can get back to work.

Thank you for your donation - any amount is very much appreciated!!

Lastly, a note from Bonnie - If you know of someone especially a family or friend struggling through Covid long haulers please help them see some of the signs they may not notice themselves - trouble breathing, recurring sickness such as: Flu, Colds, Bronchitis, Strep, Pneumonia, allergic reactions to medication, depression, anxiety, and headaches and fatigue.  Make sure they see a Doctor and let them know they are loved and not forgotten.
