Bonnie Looby has been my friend for 30 years and my heart breaks when hers does. This situation is devastating. Bonnie lost her home and everything she owns in a catastrophic fire last evening. She, her daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren lost all of their belongings and some family pets. They have been able to secure interim housing but the initial costs associated with ongoing expenses and rebuilding their daily lives from scratch are going to be significant. Any financial help will ease a small part of that burden.

Bonnie was born and raised in Parry Sound and is an active member of the communities of Magnetawan and Parry Sound. She is a mom, grandma extraordinaire, friend and colleague to many. Bonnie has also spent many years volunteering her time in organized real estate as the past president of the Lakelands association of Realtors and the current president of the OnePoint Association of Realtors.

I know many things about Bonnie, but the most poignant is the fact that she always thinks of others before herself. I have witnessed and been on the receiving end of Bonnie's generosity more times than I can count. This is one small thing that I can do in her time of need. Any contribution is helpful. Thank you.
