Our mom, Bonnie, is truly the heart of our family. She has always been the first to offer a helping hand, a listening ear, or a warm smile no matter who you are. She has spent her life lifting others up, and anyone who knows her has felt her endless kindness and love. That’s why it’s so devastating that she’s now facing one of life’s hardest battles: a recent diagnosis of Huntington’s disease. This cruel and unforgiving illness slowly steals independence impacting movement, memory, and daily life and watching someone as vibrant and selfless as my mom walk this road is heartbreaking.

But while this disease may change her path, it will never dim her light. Our family is determined to give her every ounce of love, comfort, and support she deserves. We are asking for help to raise $5,000 to ease the burden of medical expenses, treatments, and the extra care she will need as the disease progresses.
