Bonnie Blom’s Medical Expenses

On the morning of June 13, 2020, my mother, Bonnie Blom, was taken to the hospital after having some difficulty with reading as well as her speech.  By that afternoon, Dad called my brother and I to let us know that Mom had three tumors on her brain.  The following Monday, Mom had surgery to remove the largest tumor, and shortly after that we learned that Mom’s tumor is Glioblastoma Multiforme, stage IV, a rare and aggressive, malignant brain tumor.  

Mom and Dad are facing mounting medical bills, as they do everything in their power to fight this nasty disease.  In addition to trying everything possible here in Boise, we are looking into cancer treatment facilities around the US to see if Mom would qualify for clinical trials.
