Calling all friends and ex-students. Coach Andy Garza Bonham Elementary P.E. coach needs our help. Coach Garza has been in the H.C.I.S.D. school district for over 30+ years. He has positively impacted the lives of thousands of students. Many of his ex-student and ex-athletes are now; teachers, coaches, counselors, doctors, law-enforcement officers and etc.

Unfortunately, he was going to have a simple stent procedure that ended up turning into triple bypass surgery. Coach Garza one of the noblest men I have ever known, is a man of few words. Coach Garza comes every day to work with a smile and ready to greet all of his elementary students. After school he proceeds to go to the middle school, coaching all year round. He also scouts for the Harlingen Cardinals varsity football team. Coach Garza is an avid fisherman who loves to work on cars. He loves to travel to the beach or mountains with his beautiful daughters and wife. He also loves his pets and is trying to find Bigfoot haha. Coach Garza has given us his all and now it’s our turn to give back. Let’s pray for a quick recovery and give thanks to Coach Garza, who in my opinion is the best coach in the world.
