Dear Shipmates and Friends:
l wasn't able to join the ship last January 2017 because of my pending medical clearance. My medical went well except for abnormal result on my ECG (Electrocardiogram).
Further test were done until they referred me to a Specialist Doctor from Philippine Heart Center for further management and evaluation. I have undergone EPS and recommendation of implantation of a dual chamber pacemaker as soon as possible.
In this case, I am appealing for your good help my Manager, shipmates and friends for financial help/assistance to augment my expenses to undergo this procedure so I could be fit to work and be back to ship again. My family couldn't shoulder the expenses alone because it is too expensive and we are facing financial drain already.
The Doctor advises us to prepare P300, 000.00 plus for the device, hospital bills and professional.

This is a letter from Bong Solomon appealing for our help. He needs a total of $6050 to enable him to pay for his operation and allow him to return to work on the ship. He is such a kind man and lovely to work with and if you are able to donate any amount he would be so grateful.
