STRABAG UK Environment and Sustainability Team have chosen the Bone Cancer Research Trust as our chosen charity. This charity was nominated to the team as a member of our team's young daughter Lola received treatment for bone cancer a few years ago. She has been doing OK since treatment and they have been focusing on leading a full life for her. The reason why bone cancer research is so underfunded (less than 1% of UK cancer research funding) is that it’s both a rare condition and its also very difficult to improve the current very poor mortality statistics. So far, we have raised over £2,000 for the charity, especially through Euan Liddle's 50 mile ultramarathon!

We are aiming to raise £1,500 to support the team in the Firewalk!
