Bond Fire

A few days ago we had the Bond fire in Williams canyon. My brother lost his house completely and my mom lost every structure around her house. She has some broken glass on the house and smoke damage. Apparently the insurance that is offered to the canyon homeowners isn’t great and doesn’t cover the barn, tack shed, corrals and chicken Koop. Hoping she might get some help to rebuild and be able to more her animals back in with her when the power gets restored. My dad and mom built that house and feel blessed that it survived. Been in the canyon for over 50 years and this is the first time she lost anything.
