Bon Bon - My Princess

About 8.5 years ago, Bon Bon came into our lives, a tiny puppy pressed to the corner, scared and timid of the world. Little did I know that her presence throughout the years would change our lives and so much more. She blossomed into a beautiful and happy girl, running to the door everytime someone is there so that she can be the first one to greet them with tails wagging.


She became our confidant and a member of the family, always there to make sure that we are all okay. Bon Bon is what you would call a gentle giant, always aiming to please and never harming a soul. She lives life with no judgment of others, spreading love that is boundless, while expecting nothing in return but unconditional love.



Not All Super-Heroes Wear Capes

There was a time when I suffered a terrible heartbreak/loss that led me to isolate myself from everyone. Bon Bon knew that something was wrong and attached herself to me. She refused to let me out of her site, followed me from room to room, and pushed her way through the door just to be next to me. That's who she is--always making sure that her family is well and okay.



How You Can Help

She has given so much of herself, and it is time that we try to give back to her. Bon Bon was recently admitted into the emergency hospital and was told she developed severe pancreatitis. When we came to visit her the next day, her symptoms had worsen. The Pancreatitis led to jaundice and kidney complications which are typically associated with the illness. Over the next few days, she developed fluid build-up due to inflammation of her pancreas. Her body has to heal itself but we would love to provide all the support she would need to get better.



We just want our baby to come home, where she belongs. Anything you can contribute to help her fight this illness would be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to do so, we just ask that you please keep Bon Bon in your prayers.
