Bodyslams to Cancer 2026!

Fight factory wrestling in Lincoln are running their 13th Bodyslams to cancer event. We are performing at the Drill in Lincoln on October 24th. In the last 13 events we have raised over £55,000 for various cancer charities . Sophie’s journey is one we continue to support, we are a small family run wrestling promotion whose main aim is to support the community around us. It all started when we lost our Mum / Mum in Law/ Nan to breast cancer in 2014. Dee had never seen her son wrestle and we wanted to put on an event so we could make this happen but she sadly died before it came to fruition. Every year in October (breast cancer awareness month) we continue this fundraising legacy.

This year we are continuing to support

Sophie's Journey who provide free holidays to children and adults with cancer in Lincolnshire to create some lasting memories by the sea. They offer support and advice on cancer diagnoses within the community and conduct home visits to families with children, providing them with the opportunity to speak to someone with experience. Additionally, Sophie's Journey offers guidance to parents on palliative and end-of-life care. We also extend these breaks to families affected by the loss of a loved one due to cancer.
