Recently, I was admitted to St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Tacoma, where doctors diagnosed me with cirrhosis of the liver. After undergoing an endoscopy and colonoscopy, the results confirmed that my liver is severely damaged. There isn’t a cure, and while I’ve started maintenance medication and a strict diet to help manage my condition, the reality is that my health has changed drastically. I’m weak, unable to work, and facing an uncertain future.

The coming months will involve ongoing medical care, specialized diets, and treatments to help me manage symptoms and maintain some quality of life. Unfortunately, these medical expenses add up quickly, and without the ability to work, I’m also struggling to cover basic living costs. From hospital bills to everyday necessities, the financial burden is overwhelming.
