Due to the effect of the coronavirus and an all-out community effort to stop the spread of COVID-19, Body Firm fitness studio has temporarily closed its doors.
Our specialty is teaching and coaching functional, corrective exercise to a diverse clientele in the Ahwatukee area since 2007.
Under the government mandate, we can no longer offer a facility with which to serve our clients. Instead, we will now offer classes on a virtual platform.
Every person can benefit physically, mentally and emotionally by participating in consistent exercise routines. We are here to make that happen!
If you feel you have benefited from our instruction, we are kindly asking for free-will donations with 100% of all funds raised going toward the leased space in our shopping center, utilities, and insurance.
We will be eternally grateful for any amount of support of our small business hit hard by this pandemic and necessary government closure.
In turn, we too pledge to help support our local small businesses through take-out and gift card options as we are in this together and together we will get through. Thank you!
