We are so excited to be working with Food Bank Aid for the second year running! The team are running an appeal for the weekend of 15th-16th March in order to raise as much money as possible to help supply to their current food banks and also, increase the number of food banks for the public!

Food Bank Aid supports over 20,000 people a week (5000 who are children) with the cost of keeping food banks running alone at a staggering £40,000 per week. Shockingly, the current poverty rate in the UK stands at 25% with 8.4 Million people struggling to find food.

At Body By Ciara we are hosting a weekend of back to back classes with all the proceeds going directly to Food Bank Aid. We want to raise as much money as possible to put towards their target, with the goal of supporting a local charity, that is close to our hearts.
