On Saturday, October 14th, my dad suffered a heart attack. He was at the UW Football Tailgate before the Oregon game grilling for the crew. As my mom has been saying, he was doing what he loved.
If you know my dad, you know that he is a community-oriented, extroverted person.
If you don't know my dad, he loves going to events, concerts, photoshoots, and so much more. He loves his people. He will drop anything, anytime of the day to take care of anyone.
The recovery is going to be a long road. It has only been a week since the heart attack, but this will impact my family for the rest of our lives.
My parents are humble people - they are modest about their career, their home, their family, their everything.
But right now, we need your help.
My dad just started a new job after being out of work for a year. My mom has been forced to take a leave from her job to take care of my dad. We still have bills to pay, groceries to purchase, gas to buy, and lives to live.
We need your help.
Please, consider donating, no matter the amount. It is cliché to say, but truly - every dollar counts. We are running a marathon, not a sprint.
If you are unable to give, please consider sharing this page. Facebook has more power than you’d believe.
Thank you for your time, energy, and support.
