Help Support Bob & Lori

This is one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to write, but our dear friends Lori & Bob need our help.

If you know Bob, you know he’s one of a kind. He loves his family, friends, work, his cigars, his animals (“The Zoo”), and most of all, he loves Lori.

In June, Bob was diagnosed with Stage 4 gastric cancer. The cancer is extremely aggressive and has spread quickly to his liver, bones, lymph nodes, stomach, spine, and now his brain. Sadly, he isn’t a candidate for chemo, radiation, immunotherapy, or even clinical trials. On August 1st, Hospice of the Valley stepped in to help manage his care.

Bob is still fighting, but the pain has become overwhelming.

Through all of this, Lori has been by his side. Many of you know that Lori already lost her first husband to cancer just 10 years ago. Facing this again is heartbreaking, and Bob’s biggest worry is making sure she doesn’t have to carry this burden alone.

Why We’re Asking for Help

We’ve started this GoFundMe to help them with:

   •   Medical and hospice expenses

   •   Household bills

   •   End-of-life costs

   •   Giving Lori the time to be with Bob without worrying about money
