Bobbys rockets

Hello,

it’s Bobby, I’m in need of some new skates. My ones have started to come away at the toe and the sides have now peeled off. They are still usable but to say they are 100% safe for when the season starts again for competitive hockey, I cannot.

skates are the one piece of equipment that in my position gets battered (defenceman). The season just gone I spent on average 4 hours and 45 mins a week (237 hours 30 mins a year) on the ice that’s just training not including any games, tournaments or extra ice time. I played 22 games for the U12.

this coming year I will be playing in the U12 & U14. So my games will double this year which means more Ice time and more miles as games on the road are a lot further than what they were this year (for dad).

I am turning to ask my family to help me get some new skates. I haven’t seen this done before and I’m unaware of anyone trying to do this but this could be pretty cool. Can you please support me in my ice hockey career and raise some money to get some new skates.
