Bobby's Bike Wreck
Donation protected
As his friends and family know Bobby Gray was in a serious bicycle wreck on his way to work. He's broken his leg and scratched himself up pretty badly. He will be without a job and income for 6-? weeks following his surgery. He's had one surgery so far to stablized his leg then he'll have the major surgery once the swelling has gone down. He had the 2nd surgery but cannot put any weight on that leg. Money from this campaign will go to paying the bills and keeping the house afloat. Without his income I fear what will happan. (Bobby just got approved for Medicaid. His medical will be covered.)
With 3 months of $0 income there's still rent to be paid and bills that need attention. (Bobby won't be coming home til next year. We have no time frame of when he'll be walking much less working again at this time.)
His getting better is taking much longer than expected. He has an infection from the first surgery. They put him on a 6 weeks course of anti-biotics. He has one every 12 hours and the other every 8 hours. He has to stay in the hospital to get these meds put into an IV. To have a healthcare nurse come to the house would not be possible. Not at 5 trips a day.
We would be so very thankful to any and all donations. No donation is too small. Every little bit counts.
It would mean the world to us for any help that can provided. Thank you to all that support Bobby Gray. He's a huge Who Fan. He's a good man. He works hard. He's loving and caring.
Please take the time to consider the good you would do to help him get back to Rock'n'rolling again!
I can't stress how important these donations are. With January soon to be here I've been scrambling to find the funds to pay rent much less the other bills that follow behind that.
Thank you for taking the time to pass this along.
