My dad, Bobby Chance, has spent the past 36 years of his life dedicated 100% to helping others. Now he needs our help!
When disaster strikes anywhere in the world, my dad does not hesitate to sacrifice everything, jump on a plane or load a truck full of supplies, and bring relief to the hurting. When he sees a need in front of him, he does whatever it takes to meet it. Since he would never ask for this himself, I will! Can we get together and be the ones to help him this time??
On September 1, Bobby Chance was diagnosed with aggressive Gleason 7 prostate cancer. His first thought upon hearing the news was, “I’ve got way too much work to do for the Lord to be sidelined by this!” It was a scary time for all of our family as we awaited further diagnostics and prognosis. After consulting with multiple doctors, experts, and cancer survivors ... and after careful consideration and prayer, my dad moved forward with a very promising treatment plan.
He had weighed the risks and potential debilitating side effects of quicker, cheaper options that could be handled by his medical coverage. Bobby chose instead to begin a medically supervised health protocol, focusing on a plant-based diet, intravenous vitamin therapy, a litany of dietary supplements, and additional MD-administered treatments, including acupuncture and ozone therapy. This natural approach has a long record of success in beating cancer, and my dad felt strongly it would offer him a much better quality of life than the alternative options.
The problem is, it’s extremely cost-prohibitive for Bobby to partake in the weekly and daily treatments. The supplements alone (he’s taking 42 pills per day) run around $650 per month, and the in-office therapies at the doctor’s facility run around $3,600 per month if he does them all on schedule. My dad is currently out of two of his supplements, and has had to spread out his therapies, due to financial constraints.
