Bobby and Roxie's Flood Restoration
Donation protected
Many people and families were affected by flood damage from Hurricane Harvey and we wish we could help them all, but we know that's not possible. But it is possible to help many or even just one. That's what some of us from the Friendswood Community who know them through our church, Mary Queen, have decided to do. We know and love a family of 4 who did not have flood insurance and have lost all their furniture, doors, floors, cabinets, baseboards and sheetrock. Bobby and Roxy Galicia are wonderful people. They work hard, he as a police officer and she for the school district, but not only that, they love others and show that love every chance they get by volunteering and serving the people and kids of the community. As a matter of fact, several of the teens that they have served in the past showed up at their house today to help them start the clean up and tear out process (see photo). Those kids remembered how Roxy and Bobby made them feel (loved) and they wanted to show that love in return. But much much more work is needed and the money to do that is not available. If you want to give to this one famiy, all proceeds will go towards restoring their home back to a safe and liveable condition and purchasing necessary furniture. May God Bless you for the time you took to read this, for your prayers and for any gift you may decide to give!
