Bobby Dewbre was celebrating his 21st birthday with friends when he tragically lost his life while crossing the road. If you don’t know Bobby, you may know his dad Rob one of the valleys loved voices on B98.5. His mom, Beth, McBride. His sister, Carli Dewbre. His older brother, Caleb. This family has endured probably one of the hardest losses one could possibly fathom. The loss of a son. The loss of a brother. And a loss to many who called him a friend… or your favorite Lifty on Big Mountain. Bobby has been described as “one of the most optimistic people I’ve ever met”, polite, always smiling, positive energy, a loving soul… as cliché as it sounds his life was taken too soon. He was just getting started, passing a tough welding qualification just last Thursday. Known by his teachers as “a huge personality in our classes”. His family is in need of prayer and support. We are asking the Flathead Valley and beyond to give what they can for some slight relief, to help carry a small portion of the burden for the financial cost that come with this loss.
