Hi, my name is Melina Wright. On May 15th my father Robert Wright (many of you know him as Bobby Black) was killed in a motorcycle accident while attending the 50th Blessing of the Bikes in Baldwin, Michigan. My dad was an amazing father to me and my 4 siblings Jack, Kayla, Jessica and Pixie. My dad is very well known in the community for his love and passion for music. He played in many bands over the years that included endless performances around the Metro Detroit area. He left a mark on every single person he met in his life and had the biggest heart. He was definitely the life of the party and not afraid to crack a joke even if it was terrible timing. My dad loved his club and when he wasn’t performing he was riding his bike or spending time with his Family. The only peace this situation brings me is knowing he was doing something he loved in his final moments. We are shocked and devastated by the sudden passing of my father and would love to give him a proper funeral he deserves. We are overwhelmed by the amount of support and appreciate everybody that has reached out to help in any way or have already created events in honor of my father ♥️
