The national three peaks in three days!

Bobbie’s will be raising money for its first challenge not the Yorkshire three peaks the national three peaks! ⛰️APRIL 25,26,27⛰️

Ben Nevis Elevation: 1,345 m

Scafell pike Elevation: 978 m

Snowdon Elevation: 1,085 m

Three of the biggest mountains in GB

Our goal is to do all three mountains in three days, setting up camp driving in between and all the other twists and turns we haven’t taken time for? personally it’s a challenge for any adult but for a 10 years old it’s an accomplishment itself.

The fundraiser objective is to help Oliver with possibly treatment depending on what kind of money is raised? But also funding his family with financial difficulties! Oliver is an 11 year old boy who was happily living life like most young boys of his age, until this tragic illness came upon him, as a parent of two boys myself the agony his parents must be going through is unimaginable and (BOBBIE’S ) want to help them through this tough time. He was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia on 18th December 2024 (a type of blood cancer) he is keen to beat it but thats only possible with a bone marrow transplant if or when his condition worsens, without this he will need to stay on his chemo treatment for life as unfortunately it isn’t curable with his current bone marrow changing a gene. His parents are heartbroken and praying in time they will find a medical cure other than transplant so he can live the best life possible.

We’ll be preparing the months running up to this, lots of hikes, walks and endurance activities ready for it.
