Hi, my name is Shelly Anderson. I am creating this page to help my brother-in-law of 23 years Bob Perrine. Bob was diagnosed with stage 3 rectal cancer last year and has since undergone chemo infusion, oral chemo and radiation to try and minimize. Bob has always been a strong hard-working individual and is the sole financial provider to his family of six.

Bob has recently had to take time off work while undergoing cancer treatment and even though approved for short term disability while he is out it is only 60% of his normal pay bills and medical bills are piling up and he and his family are in need of help this Christmas season to help with trying to catch up on bills and to make sure his family survives this difficult time and comes out not buried in debt on the other side.

Bob still has two children that live at home Brittney who is 19 years old and Alex who is 22 years old but lives at home due to being autistic. Bob has been hit hard by this disease as he is used to being not only the financial provider for his family, but also not before having any medical conditions and being the healthy one in the family, the foundation that is there to help everyone else. Bob has always been a calming force, able to handle anything that life has thrown at him, but as you can imagine this is out of his control, and the only way to get through this is by asking for help and support. Bob does not yet know his current prognosis after treatment, but next step will be surgery to see how much cancer they can remove from his rectum. There is a chance they may not be able to get it all which would mean he would need to use a colostomy bag.
