Bob Orr (Robert C Orr Jr), husband of Dixie Orr and father to Maggie Orr, passed away the morning of his wedding anniversary November 18, 2023. He was 67. Bob's time was cut unexpectedly short by a massive heart attack.

Bob was a respected and incredibly loved employee of the E&J Gallo Winery in Modesto, California and had recently retired in Topeka, KS. Bob and family regularly attended Bethel Baptist church in Topeka as well as Elm Grove Baptist in Bonner Springs, KS. Bob had a passion for history and was a collector of civil war memorabilia. Bob also was a train enthusiast and had just completed a motored train that covered the back portion of his yard. Bob's primary passion in life was for his family who he loved deeply.

Bob's family is organizing a celebration of life on Saturday, March 16th so that his life can be remembered by the community that loved him. Funds from this GoFundMe will be used to set up and host the memorial. Any remaining money raised will go directly to Bob's family.
