Our Dad knew no strangers. He always had a smile on his face, made everyone feel welcome and told the best stories. If you had the pleasure of knowing him then you know exactly what we mean. He was always the life of the party, the prankster, the joke teller, that guy in the corner with a group of guys around him laughing about whatever story Dad was telling them. If you ever visited, you were always welcomed with a drink or a tray of cheese and crackers. Sunday mornings were his favorite. He would go to church early so he could come back home and make breakfast for the whole family. Pancakes, donuts, eggs, bacon and cantaloupe were always on the menu. On sunny days, you could always find him either at the golf course or just hitting balls at his makeshift driving range. He was the best husband, dad, grandpa, uncle, brother, and friend you could ask for. We were blessed to have him in our lives and will miss him so much.
Although he brought us so much love and joy, there are still so many financial obligations that need to be met. He was the main provider for his wife, Adeline. She will need help with mortgage payments, medical bills, funeral expenses, and basic living costs to be able to stay in the home she loves, near her family and friends. Any contribution is greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much.
