Longtime Santa Rosa Junior College Swim & Water Polo Coach and PE instructor, Bob Miyashiro, lost his home in the northern California Glass Fire.
In his career Bobby touched the lives of thousands of student athletes during his 30+ year tenure at SRJC. He is known for his kind heart and passion for fitness. He is also a master craftsman specializing in Hawaiian feather art and Hawaiian-theme quilting.
He was able to save much of his feather art, but lost all of his quilts in the fire.
There has been an amazing outpouring of love from alumni, former colleagues and friends who want to support Bobby during this time, so we have set up this GoFundMe to help.
Anything you can do to help support Bobby is appreciated. He has done so much for so many when they needed help. Let's all be there for him now! Go Cubs!
