Bob Cater's Medical Expenses

Bob has been struggling for some time now with what is causing strokes, auras, and general confusion.  He is not able to work, and Sharon has had no success finding work of her own.  The medical bills are piling in, and it's not even settled yet what insurance they have.  Any help would be appreciated.
