About 2 1/2 weeks ago, Leslie rushed Bob to the hospital for what they thought were just complications from the flu. Within a day, they received news that Bob has leukemia (AML). He was then transferred to Moffitt for immediate treatment. He is expected to remain for 4-6 weeks.
If you know Bob, Leslie, and Emily, then you know what amazing people they are and what a tight-knit family they have. They are preparing to fight with everything they have until the cancer is gone.
