I need your help to rescue groups of men who are stranded as sea slaves in south-east Asia. These men are have been enslaved against their will and are now held captive and forced to fish on boats for years. Their families don't know where they are. They face appalling conditions and violence daily.
Their only hope is to be rescued - and you can make that happen.
I have found an organisation who are preparing a rescue mission for several groups of men who are being held captive on several islands in the Indonesian seas. The rescue must happen this summer whilst the information about where they are is still valid. This is so important.
One woman and her boat crew will do the rescue. They are taking along two men who were rescued before to search islands looking for the men they have heard are stranded.
Your donation will be saving their lives and helping them get back to their families. Your money will be used to hire a boat, translators, food, clothing and medicine for the rescued men. The rescue mission will cost the equivalent of up to $12,000 USD or £9,200 GBP. The money needs to raised by end of August - Please help today.
The organisation is called the Labour Rights Promotion Network (LPN) and they run sea rescue missions each year but this year they don't have the money they need to run it. They have rescued thousands of men already - help it be more who can go home and have their suffering ended. You can help - right now, please donate anything you can.
