Help Heal an Abandoned Cat's Wounds

I’m trying to help my friend, she wrote this

Hi everyone.

I found this cat on the side of the road, crying the bushes. His owner dumped him and left him to die alone. He has a serious case of mange all over his body. He has open wounds and lesions around his neck, on his stomach and on his face. I took him home with me. No way I could leave him out there like that. Poor kitty needs be seen by a vet ASAP! I am asking for donations to get him the help he desperately deserves. Anything helps out. No
