HELP VIVIAN BEAT BREAST CANCER

Greetings Everyone. My name is Lilian Okafor Njoku. I want to use this medium to ask for assistance for my twin sister. I launched this campaign for my twin sister; Vivian Okafor's breast cancer treatment. Our entire family are devastated and the oceans of tears are uncontrollable..My heart is torn apart, because of my twin sister's current health challenge. Vivian resides in Nigeria. She graduated from Owerri girls secondary school in 1990 and from University of Port-Harcourt in 1995. She is battling a stage 3 aggressive form of breast cancer. Which have taken a toll on her immediate family.  She had a lumpectomy in December 2019 in Nigeria, but the cancer has resurfaced and is very aggressive now. We have made contacts with a hospital in Dubai and they are expecting her for treatment, but there are no funds,to embark on the urgent treatment needed. We want to explore better treatment as soon as possible. Would you find it in your heart,to donate. Any amount would assist us save my twins life.Vivian and I, will travel to Dubai for her treatment,as soon as some funds are raised, we urgently need funds for the initial hospital consult deposit and treatment.
Time is of the essence, the cost of treatment is enormous but our God is much bigger!. Our hope is in God and we will trust him, to intervene in all storms.  We will not be dismayed, nor discouraged with the diagnosis. I humbly, plead with everyone; to stand in prayers for my beloved twin sister and also donate graciously, towards her medical treatment in Dubai. Donations are greatly needed. I have always delighted in our laughs, happy moments and the constant questions we receive, when we are introduced as twins due to our skin tones. Our souls are the same, she is my dark version and she would give the world for me and everyone. I have always loved to look and gaze into my sister's eyes, in total admiration but with this present challenge... It is such a battle for me to gaze into her eyes with my teary-glassy eyes, as we fondly did in the past. Seeing my twin sister in excruciating pain is mind blowing.
