Working at North East London Foundation Trust as a senior pharmacist for children and adolescent mental health (CAMHs). Seeing the fantastic services that NELFT provide. I decided to fund raise for a charity called young minds which help young people how to find the services they need

My goal is to raise money but more importantly raise awareness. Key word being awareness. I will continue to raise awareness and I will be completing the outdoor London sprint triathlon on the 7th of August 2022. Which involves long distance swimming, running then cycling.
