Support Heather's Family in Their Time of Need

I am sure I will be judged by some for asking for help, but I have to put my pride and ego aside because I cannot do this myself, and I feel guilty and embarrassed to feel like I have to.

I lost my job back in September. I have been looking and applying for work, and nothing has come through as of yet. In all honesty, I am very limited on the kind of work I can do. I have stage 3 COPD and Pulmonary Hypertension, along with a few other things going on. I have filed for disability, but I really would rather have a job. Disability is just going to get Emily and me by. I will never be able to save for us or do anything extra. We are very simple people and do not do any excessive living, but once in a while, we like a mini vacation or a special day out here and there. I am in search of a customer service at-home job. Anyway, this is my situation right now. My father does not have any life insurance. We have been living off of my savings, which is getting kind of low now, but I am not concerned about that at this time. My concern is my dad and making sure he feels loved and he is comfortable. I am concerned about how I am going to take care of his remains. As I called around, it will cost $2200. I just do not have this extra cash in my budget to keep us with a roof over our head and food and gas to get around. I love all your thoughts and prayers, and I understand that some cannot, but if you feel like you can help us, I would be so humbled and grateful. I am so stressed and sick to my stomach asking for help. Ok, this is done. I am going to let it go to God now and try to stop stressing. Thank you to all that took the time to read this post. I do truly love you all.
