Help Mary's Family Thrive in the USA

Mary is a single mom of four, who fled her home country of the Republic of Congo due to armed conflict. During the attack on her village, her husband, siblings and parents were killed. She then fled to Uganda where she lived for twelve years as a refugee. Last year Mary resettled here in the USA with her kids and has been working full-time. She has finally saved up enough money to buy a used car so that she does not need to take a daily 2-hour bus ride to work. Mary has paid the first month’s car insurance but needs money to pay for the next 5 months insurance which is $355/mo. After 6 months, her car insurance should go down.

Mary and her family are devout Catholic. She would like to send 2 of her children to Huron Valley Catholic School. Although she is receiving some scholarship money, she needs an additional $8000.

Please help this family who is working hard and not trying to live off government assistance.
