Addison "Addy" Kate Sedlacek daughter of Kevin & Julie Sedlacek passed away today (8/6/15) after a 10 month battle with cancer.

Addy was vibrant and smiling throughout her short life and was an amazing little sister to Ava & Jacob.

Kevin and Julie have faced untold medical expenses and time away from work during Addy's illness.  I talked with Kevin late this afternoon to ask how his friends could assist during this difficult time and he indicated that assistance with funeral expenses would be a much appreciated help.

Please keep Kevin, Julie, and the entire Sedlacek & Brigance families in your thoughts and prayers in the upcoming days as they lay heaven's newest angel to rest.
