PPE - Ear protectors for surgical masks

With family and friends working on the frontline in hospitals and care homes, one issue they have is how sore their ears become wearing surgical masks throughout their shift.  Being a engineer/toolmaker I have designed and manufactured an adjustable ear protector to use with the surgical masks to try and reduce this problem and to make it a little more comfortable for them to work.  The family company I work for have covered all the costs to let me manufacture this and supplied free of charge  the steel and other materials to do so  - I am now nearly ready to go into production and will be able to produce 1000’s of these a day to send out to frontline NHS and Care Workers where they are most needed - I am not charging for these but  I am trying to raise some funds to cover the production and dispatching, any contribution would be greatly appreciated
