Who wants to see Batman shave his beard?
This past week I was honored to join a Superhero send off prior to surgery for an Akron boy, Mason. Mason is having his 3rd Open Heart Surgery next month and he is one amazing superkid.
My goal is to raise money to help the family with medical bills and items Mason needs. There is no cure for congenital heart defects.
Mason's favorite superhero is Batman and that is how the organization, Superheros to Kids in Ohio, got the call that allowed me to attend. It's clear who the real hero is, the tough 5-year-old boy.
Several of my friends have said "Batman doesn't have a beard?" So I will shave it when we hit our goal! Video proof to be posted.
