BMWED-Help Andy's family with expenses

Hi, my name is Jakob Forsgren, local chairman of lodge 1320 in Lincoln, NE. This brotherhood began in 1887 to aid members "In times of sickness and financial trouble." The members would pool their money together to help pay for the expenses of members who fell ill or have died. For those unaware, we currently have a union brother, Andy Stotts, fighting for his life on a ventilator due to a Covid infection in a Grand Island hospital.

He has been off work since December 3rd and has been in the hospital for quite some time, resulting in weeks of lost wages. His wife is also staying in a hotel, as they do not live close enough to the hospital. There are also more expenses such as meals and other necessities that come with not being at home.

The reason I bring this up is I am asking this brotherhood to honor the ideas on which this brotherhood was formed. we are creating this Go Fund Me account to assist Brother Stotts and his family in this tough time. Andy's wife Rae Ann has enough on her mind right now, money should be the least of it.
