With a heavy heart I’m setting this gofund me for my best friend and her family. On Saturday Victor was missing and now has been found deceased. For all who knew Victor know he was a jolly and happy family man. He is leaving behind a loving pregnant girlfriend and 3 small kids. He will truly be missed.
