Need Help With Car Repairs!

One day I was driving and I heard a 'clunk'. Of course, no one ever wants to hear weird sounds coming from their engine, so I stopped. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. My sister offered to take a look, put it up on a lift, and that's when we found my crankshaft pulley tore itself apart. The outer ring was sitting on my engine bracket, just chilling out. Not supposed to be there taking a vacation. Ford's pulleys, as I soon came to find out, aren't solid metal; instead they have a rubber ring meant to dampen sound. From being on my car and facing all kinds of weather conditions, it finally bit the dust and wore out. My pony threw a shoe. I like my car a lot. It's an '07 Mustang convertible in Grabber Orange, but it's also my only way to get to work. My sister offered to fix it, so I went out to buy the part, but that's when we hit another obstacle; the wheel is stuck. Because it's broken, the pullers she has can't get a grip on it. I'm going to have to take it to a shop up the road that can get it off and do the repair. It's also going to need a tow because the pulley won't turn right from where she (and a handful of her coworkers) tried everything they could think of to pull it off. And since it's a dealership, the repair is going to cost an arm and a leg (and maybe also a firstborn child). I don't want to lose my sunny yellow pony because of an expensive repair, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
